1. How much do advertisements cost?
Basic 60 Day text only listings are completely FREE ! However, there are optional upgrades that you can purchase for a nominal fee, such as Bold & Highlighted listings. In addition to the free listing option we offer other pacakges which include photos, links back to your website and the ability to upgrade to a Featured Listings - (Appear at the top of listings and on a Rotation basis on the frontpage of the website). 2. Why do you offer a free option?
We offer a free service so we can grow the site and attract more sellers. We also want to allow fellow spaniel owners the opportunity to buy and sell their puppies and dogs without paying all the fees normally associated with selling online.

3. How do I place an advertisement?
To place an ad you must first register on the site. Once you are registered and logged in, click on 'Place an Ad' and begin filling in your information.

4. How do I pay for my advertisement?
Payment can be made via Paypal which is integrated into this site. Paypal allows you to pay by debit / credit card without having to have an existing Paypal account. For verified Paypal account holders, it also allows you to pay by bank funding or funds held within your Paypal account. We will also be adding additional payment facilities over the coming weeks.

5. Why isn't my ad showing up yet?
All ads are manually approved so that we can filter out any spam / inappropriate content and also check for spelling mistakes, missing information, etc. In most situations, all purchased ads will be approved within 24 hours after being placed.

6. How do I edit my ad or mark it Sold?
Ads may be edited by logging into your account and click on Browse Listings, and then Modify or Delete to make associated changes.

7. I have forgotten my login details?
Click on 'Login' on the menubar, then, to the right of the password box, click 'Forgot Password?' then enter your email address. This will tgigger an email fro us containing your username and a new password. Once you have successfully logged in, you may change your password if you wish.

8. What countries are allowed to place ads?
We currently only accept listing from members from the United Kingdom. This is a decision based on security and to help protect our members.

9. If my puppy / dog doesn't sell, can I relist the ad?
Yes, at the end of your listing, you can relist your ad for an extended time. All listings can be renewed at reduced prices once the expiration date has passed. We set expiration dates only to keep the database fresh and full of ads which are still available and not sold. So, if it has not sold, just renew the listing.

10. How do I include video in my advertisement?
At present, UK Spaniel Puppies doesn't host video, however, we expect that this facility will be available by the end of the year.

11. My breed of dog isn't listed - can you add it?
We beleive that the site currently covers all breeds of spaniel that are available in the United Kingdom. As the focus of the site is Spaniel specific, we won't be adding breeds from outside this group. We are currently developing further websites which will cover additional breeds.

12. Are there any Refunds on fees paid?
No, once your ad has been placed in our directory, and you have paid for the listing. there will be no refunds on any of the fees paid. Sorry.
